Gorilla Forest Camp has a premium location within the boundaries of the lush rainforests of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and just adjacent to the Buhoma park headquarters. Designed to blend seamlessly into the fragile environment, accommodation is offered in ten large tented rooms on raised wooden platforms, each with en suite bathrooms with hot showers, flush toilet, and a large bath tub looking out onto the forest. Each tent has a large wooden deck where guests can relax or enjoy private dining. Two new tents each feature king beds, territorial forest views and newly designed bathrooms.

The original tents are very spacious with two queen-sized beds with headboards carved by local artisans. Gorilla Forest Camp offers a central bar and open-air dining area overlooking the rain forest. At night, a traditional African campfire is lit and guests mingle and reflect on their day’s activities, or simply admire the brilliance of the night sky. Local musicians often provide entertainment during sundowners. Laundry, massage services and a small gift shop are available. WiFi is available in the main areas.
