Cissy Nantume was born and bred in central Uganda, a Muganda by tribe. Now she lives and works in Entebbe near the shores of beautiful Lake Victoria. Growing up she was fascinated by the natural wonders found in Uganda and was eager to explore new destinations and, hence, developed a desire for others to do the same. After her primary and secondary education, fueled by a love for adventure, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management at Makerere University. After graduating, she worked as an intern at Holiday Express Hotel and then landed her dream job in tours and travel operations at Classic Africa Safaris...it has now been 10 years and counting! Cissy's passion is organizing safari adventures for CAS travelers and ensuring that they run smoothly without a hitch. In addition to managing all aspects of logistics on Uganda and Rwanda safaris, she enjoy singing, dancing, reading, travelling, watching a good movie and learning about other cultures.
