Following the ongoing Ebola outbreak, the Uganda Ministry of Health has introduced a mandatory health declaration requirement for all travellers entering and exiting Uganda. This system is part of enhanced health surveillance measures at all points of entry and exit within Uganda. Compliance will avoid delays during travel.
All passengers are required to complete the online form prior to travel via the link or QR code.
